A commercial roof covers thousands of square feet. Moss doesn’t ask permission.

On a large commercial building, moss growth covers more surface area, holds more moisture and causes far more damage than on a domestic roof. It accelerates surface wear, blocks gutters, which on a commercial building means significant drainage failure, and makes your premises look neglected from ground level and especially from the air.

We use controlled soft-washing and biocide treatment on commercial roofs. Not high-pressure blasting, which strips protective surfaces and forces water under roofing materials. The right method for the surface, every time.

The exterior of your premises communicates something before anyone walks through the door. A stained car park, mossy steps or a dirty building say one thing, whether that’s fair or not.

We jet-wash commercial hard surfaces using the correct pressure for each material. Concrete, block paving, tarmac, resin and gravel all need different approaches. We treat every surface correctly, remove oil, algae and built-up grime, and apply surface treatments that resist rapid re-growth.

Yes. We have reach-and-wash equipment and experience with multi-storey commercial buildings, including high-level window and facade washing without scaffolding. We always assess the building first and use the correct method for the height and surface type.
